We have just moved to a bigger property on the island of Koh Chang; my busy schedule means that I will not be available for private work at this time. Do not give up. A suggestion: how about turning around from seeing it as a “quest for sobriety” to “rewarding yourself with the joys of living to your full potential”?

One denotes a hard climb with uncertain results, the other implies it is a choice, which puts the power back into you… distressingly hard work vs relaxed option.
